Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Mtccnmi website and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract and that you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use of the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order governs that purchase.

Our Store and Products

Mtccnmi sells women's apparel, including tops, knitwear and one-piece garments, directly to consumers. We describe products as accurately as possible, but colours vary with screen calibration and small differences in measurement, weave or finish are normal in manufactured clothing. Product availability is not guaranteed, and we may limit quantities or withdraw an item at any time.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude duties, taxes and import fees unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order affected by an obvious mistake, with a full refund to the original payment method. Payment is taken at the time of order using the method you select. You confirm that any payment information you supply is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where the item is unavailable, where payment cannot be verified, where we suspect fraud or reseller abuse, or where a pricing or stock error has occurred. If we cancel before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery times, shipping charges and customs responsibilities are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both documents form part of these terms, and by ordering you accept the processes described in them.

Accounts and Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, introducing malicious code, scraping content at scale, interfering with normal operation, placing fraudulent orders, or using the site in a way that infringes the rights of others or breaches applicable law. We may restrict access where we detect behaviour that puts the store, our customers or our partners at risk.

While we work to keep information accurate and the site operational, we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access or that product descriptions are entirely free of minor inaccuracies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mtccnmi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from any product, including loss of profit, data or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion by contacting us at mtccnmi@outlook.com. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.
