Shipping Coverage

Mtccnmi ships to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand and selected markets in Asia. Available destinations are shown automatically at checkout once you enter your delivery address. If your country is not listed and you would like to order, email mtccnmi@outlook.com and we will tell you whether we can arrange a shipment and at what cost.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (CST) on a business day are typically processed the same day; orders placed later are processed on the next business day. During promotional periods, launches or public holidays, processing may take up to three business days. Once your order has been prepared and handed to the carrier, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch. Express delivery: 3–6 business days after dispatch. These windows are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed, as customs processing and local conditions can affect timing. Remote areas may require additional transit time, and we will inform you if we know of a specific delay affecting your parcel.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight and the delivery method you select. Where we advertise free shipping, it applies to qualifying orders above the stated threshold and uses our standard delivery service. Duties, taxes and import fees are not included in the shipping charge and are explained separately below.

Tracking Your Order

Every shipment receives a tracking number, which appears in your dispatch email and in your account if you created one. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch. If tracking has not updated for more than seven business days, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf.

Duties, Taxes and Import Fees

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, value-added tax and customs handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by Mtccnmi. We cannot predict their exact amount, and we are unable to mark parcels as gifts or understate values, as doing so would be unlawful. If a parcel is refused because duties were not paid, return shipping costs and any resulting fees may be deducted from your refund.

Address Accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming an order. We cannot deliver to an address that is incomplete or incorrect, and carriers may charge a correction fee or return the parcel. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can update details only while the order is still awaiting dispatch. Re-shipment after a failed delivery may require an additional postage payment.

Split Shipments

If your order contains items with different availability, we may split it into more than one parcel at no extra cost so that you receive available pieces sooner. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel, and each may arrive on a different day.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot find the parcel, please check with neighbours and your local carrier office first, then contact us within 7 days. For parcels that are damaged in transit, keep the packaging and take photographs, and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Carriers typically attempt delivery more than once and may hold the parcel at a local depot for collection. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because attempts were missed or duties were refused, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may involve an additional shipping charge.
